Thomas Baker, Owner & Lead Technician
Thomas Baker founded Bitspro in 2021. As a former U.S. Marine, he brings extensive experience in Cyber Networks and IT services, which he developed during his time in the Marine Corps. Thomas is passionate about helping clients solve their computer issues, whether it’s for small businesses or residential customers. His hands-on approach ensures every job is done right the first time. When he’s not troubleshooting or upgrading systems, Thomas enjoys spending time in the great outdoors of Colorado Springs.
Shavonne O'Loughlin, Scheduler & Customer Relations Specialist
Shavonne O’Loughlin plays a key role at Bitspro, managing all scheduling and customer service tasks. With an organized and detail-oriented approach, Shavonne ensures that appointments run smoothly and that each customer receives the care and attention they deserve. She’s often the first point of contact for clients, helping to diagnose their needs and assign the right technician for the job. Outside of work, Shavonne enjoys exploring local art galleries and contributing to community events in Colorado Springs.
